Happy Hour Duo

Louise Mousseau knew from age 10 she was destined to sing! By 12, she was performing publicly, and her passion only grew. Starting with a cover band at 15 and later joining the French cultural group, le 100 Nons, she collaborated with Winnipeg’s top musicians, expanding into TV and radio.

Glen Stacey picked up a guitar at 12, diving into Winnipeg’s rock scene. His early bands, including Rapp and Flying Tiger, were local legends, packing clubs nightly.

Their fateful meeting at a Christmas party set the stage for a decade-long professional partnership. Together, they toured Ontario, Western Canada, the US, and the Yukon with bands like Raintree, Small Time Hoods, and Street Talk, blending top 40 hits with original rock. Both were inducted into the Manitoba Museum of Music.

Relocating to Vancouver, they shared stages with Doug and the Slugs, Idol Eyes, Matt Minglewood, and Bryan Adams. Their joint and solo projects included bands like Posing till Closing, The Limit, and The Gigabytes.

In 2022, they embarked on a new adventure, forming “The Happy Hour Duo.” With a setlist featuring hits from Chris Stapleton to the Beatles, this duo guarantees a night of singing and dancing!
