Vancouver’s own Dave Hartney plays all the ear candy. Dave grew up influenced by 90’s and classic rockers and later, modern guitar-slinging country superstars, resulting in a sound that’s a mix of modern country and southern rock. He’s become a fan favourite for his fun, high-energy performances and matching big smile. That’s opened some doors, and he continues to open for some of country music’s biggest stars across Canada. He stays inspired while cruising as the captain of his own beautiful Sea Ray, and you’re invited to jump on board too @bluebelleboat @daveharney.

Between the waves on the Red Truck LIVE Stage, Dave is joined by his guitar player “Gaz” Beaumont, who is all the way from Manchester, UK. Gaz studied music in university and was part of the British scene in London, before moving to Vancouver. The pair teamed up after Dave stole Gaz out of a battle of the bands competition Dave was judging in Victoria, ha! Stole the judge! Well, they have performed together since. And hits? Hell ya,  “Jeep Thrill’s” and “Everything Girl” and “Party Lights” all proudly sit on our own Premier Playlist at Red Truck as well as radio across the country, but there’s nothing like the real thing, LIVE.
